Rapids Game

So I was reading my E- Mail today, and I came across one from my grandpa. He said that he got the e- mail from my dad saying that I held the American flag on the rapids field. He said that it was great blog material. So I don't know why I didn't put this on sooner, but I'm putting it on now!
About 3 weeks ago, I went with my soccer team to the Colorado Rapids game. We went to see the women's game and the men's game. The women's game got rained out, but they kept the men's game going. We were hoping to just see a good game, but we got a little more then we expected! So my team and I were dancing to get on the TV. We didn't, but this guy in a suit came up the stairs and asked us if we wanted to help with something. So we followed the guy to figure out that we got to hold the American flag on the field during the national anthem! It was SOOOOOO cool! I got on the TV too!
So that was a Rapids game I will never think to forget! What made it even better was that it was my first Rapids game I've ever been to! On July 11th, my dad and I are going to another one because my grandpa gave us tickets!
